What makes a good photo?
A clear, well-lit shot facing the camera, showing the head and chest. Natural light beats flash. Not perfect? Upload it anyway and we’ll tell you if we need another. More examples in our photo guidelines.
Do I really get a free proof?
Yes. Every order includes a free digital proof with unlimited revisions, no extra fee. You approve it before anything is made, and if we do not hear from you within 72 hours we go ahead and make it as it is, so your order is never left waiting. A reply holds it for as long as you need.
How long does it take?
Your proof usually arrives within 24 hours of ordering, and we go ahead once you approve it, or 72 hours later if we have not heard from you. Then we make it and ship it, and you’ll get tracking by email the moment it leaves the facility. Full timings are in our shipping policy.
Can I have more than one pet?
Each design is one pet. If you want two on one piece, ask us before ordering.
What are the stickers made of?
Durable high-opacity adhesive vinyl, 95 microns thick, kiss-cut so each one peels cleanly off its backing. They go on bubble-free, and they are opaque enough to cover another sticker or paint.
How big are they?
You pick: 3, 4 or 5 inches. Your pet is cut out along their own outline, so that is the longest side, whichever way round they are.
Where can I put them?
Any clean, flat surface: a laptop, a water bottle, a notebook, a car window. Give it a wipe first so the adhesive has something smooth to hold.
