Shipping policy

Due to the custom nature of our pet portrait products, it takes a bit of time to personalize and build your order from the moment you place it. 

Shipping Times
Within the US: Orders within the U.S. typically arrive within 1-2 weeks. However, orders placed during holiday periods may experience longer shipping times, up to 4 weeks.
Orders to Alaska, Hawaii and the US territories generally take a little longer than the range above.

UK, Europe, Canada & Australia: Orders typically arrive within 1-2 weeks, the same as within the US, because your order is printed close to you rather than shipped across the world. Holiday periods may run longer, up to 5 weeks.

Hoodies and other apparel ordered to Australia are the exception and usually take around 3 weeks.

Shipping Cost
We offer FREE shipping on all orders over $100, everywhere we ship. 
Below $100 it is a flat $9.90, wherever your order is going.

Important to Note:
• Updates or changes to shipping addresses must be made within 30 minutes of your purchase. Please review your confirmation email and reach out immediately if you need to make a change

• We are unable to accept requests to swap or edit photos that were previously submitted with an order.

• We cannot ship to Military addresses. In the event that you provided a military address at checkout, we will email you to request a different shipping address. If the cost of shipping to the new address does not equal the cost of shipping charged to you originally at checkout, we will invoice you for the difference and will proceed with your order as soon as the invoice is paid.
