Yes. Every order includes a free digital proof with unlimited revisions, no extra fee. You approve it before anything is made, and if we do not hear from you within 72 hours we go ahead and make it as it is, so your order is never left waiting. A reply holds it for as long as you need.

How long does it take?

Your proof usually arrives within 24 hours of ordering, and we go ahead once you approve it, or 72 hours later if we have not heard from you. Then we make it and ship it, and you’ll get tracking by email the moment it leaves the facility. Full timings are in our shipping policy.

Can I have more than one pet?

Each design is one pet. If you want two on one piece, ask us before ordering.

How should I wash my custom apparel?

Wash it cold and tumble dry it low.

What size options are there?

We offer S, M, L, XL and 2XL, all in a unisex fit. It runs a touch small, so between sizes take the larger one. “What’s my size?” in the size step will work it out from your own height, weight and shape.
